How does the Breathe Easy® II Work? |

Breathe Easy II uses air generated by your heating system and the capillary action of the humidifier plates to
disperse moist air into the room. See the diagram below:

How often should I replace the humidifier plates? |
|
Minerals and chemicals in the water and the severity of the winter season dictate replacement frequency. Generally, we recommend cleaning the tank and replacing the plates every 4 to 6 weeks.

How much increase in humidity can I expect? |
|
The Breathe Easy II was designed to increase the humidity in a 10' x 15' room by approximately 20%. That, of
course, will vary depending on how much your heating system is in use.

What are the humidifier plates made of? |
|
The plates are made of cellulose fiber, essentially a paper product. These plates are completely non-toxic, child
and pet safe, and FDA approved.

What is the unit made of? |
|
The humidifier unit is made of high heat resistant polystyrene.
The unit is 7" high,
8¾" wide, and 4½" deep. With the floor and convector
attachment, the unit is 6½" deep.

The Breathe Easy II works on wall registers, floor registers, baseboard heaters, convectors, and radiators.
